Padel Ztore Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping cost:

Deliveries within Sweden cost 59 sek. It normally takes between 1-3 business days before your package is delivered. However, Padel Ztore can not be held responsible for delays as we can not influence unexpected events that may occur during transport.

Deliveries within Europe cost 229 sek. It normally takes between 4-10 working days before the package is delivered to a country outside Sweden but within the EU. However, we can not be held responsible for any delays as we can not influence unexpected events during shipping.

Deliveries outside of Europe cost 450 sek. The rates are based on DHL shipping rates. It normally takes between 7-14 working days before the package is delivered to a country outside of EU. However, we can not be held responsible for any delays as we can not influence unexpected events during shipping.

For orders over 499 sek, Padel Ztore offers free shipping in Sweden.

Padel Ztore does not offer free shipping within Europe or to countries outside of EU.

Please note that any additional taxes and fees incurred due to the country of destination are the customer's own responsibility. When the order has left our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation through email.

Return policy:

Return Policy:

All orders made through Padel Ztore webshop are delivered packed and sealed. In order for you to return, the product must be packaged and unused as when it was delivered to you. As soon as the packaging is not in the correct condition, the product is considered to have been used and it is not possible to return it.

The receipt must always be included in a return. Shoes must be returned in the original packaging, which must be intact because we consider the box as part of the product. Bags must be returned in the associated cloth bag, which must be intact, as we consider the cloth bag to be part of the product. Note that shoes, for example, must be tested on a clean surface to prevent wear if you want to return them. It is important that the sole of the shoes is intact. Return packages within Sweden must be delivered with Postnord's pre-printed return label included in the package. If there is no return label in the package, contact us before sending your return, and you will receive a new one.

Returns from Europe/outside of Europe are paid by the customer. Returns that are not delivered in this way can be returned to the customer. If you are outside Sweden and want to return your order with DHL, include the customs invoice. Call your local Postnord / DHL / UPS office to book a pickup of your return package. The return will be processed as soon as possible within 30 days. As a customer, you are responsible for returning the item you do not want to keep and make sure that it meets the Padel Ztore webshop's returning conditions.

When you buy an item through our website, you have 14 days to cancel your purchase. These 14 days take effect when you have received or picked up the item. If you regret your purchase, send the item back to us using the attached return shipping note. Padel Ztore reserves the right to make typographical errors, information deficiencies, incorrect spellings and incorrect information on our website and in product descriptions.
