By visiting and ordering from the Padel Ztore webshop, you accept the following terms. These terms apply to all agreements that you accept and are included in the Padel Ztore webshop. It is therefore very important that you read and understand the terms below.

The validity of all terms and conditions that do not appear in Padel Ztore's terms below are not accepted as they deviate from our terms of purchase.

Padel Ztore cannot guarantee that the actual product will have exactly the color and appearance that you perceive on your screen due to color features as well as the screen on your computer. We can not be responsible for the color reproduction on your computer / mobile screen. We strive to always publish the most reliable and up-to-date information on the Padel Ztore webshop. However, we ask you to note that there may be times when our website and stock have not been updated for various reasons. All prices on the Padel Ztore webshop are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. Customers from a country outside the EU are not obliged to pay Swedish VAT. In this case, VAT is automatically deducted at the time of purchase. All prices are subject to change.

The sizes of our products always vary between different brands. Padel Ztore webshop sells products from different brands and countries, which means that they use different size systems. To make it easier to find the right size, you can use a size chart that Padel Ztore can offer you on request both in store and online.

In order to be able to order and shop through the Padel Ztore webshop, you will be asked to register, which means that you give us your contact and payment information. It is your responsibility to provide valid and accurate information and that you are the person referred to in the invoice information you have provided. The contract between you and Padel Ztore webshop takes place when you place an order.

When you order in the Padel Ztore webshop, you will receive a confirmation of all purchases in the e-mail address you have given us. Please note that it is very important that you enter a valid e-mail address in order for you to receive your order confirmation, including important information. By placing an order on the Padel Ztore webshop, you accept all legal terms and conditions made by the Padel Ztore webshop. Padel Ztore reserves the right not to accept your order without prior authorization for your payment.

Payment method: It is possible for you to use a credit card to pay for your purchase. We at Padel Ztore accept Visa, AMEX and Mastercard. For customers in Sweden, it is also possible to pay through Klarna or Klarna Faktura. When you buy through Klarna, no extra invoicing fees are added to the purchase. All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT.

Shipping costs: not included in the price but added as an extra charge. The stated total amount will only be reserved in your account until we have confirmed that your order is available. Because Padel Ztore respects your privacy, your payment information will be automatically removed from our system as soon as your purchase is completed.

Padel Ztore strives to handle your personal and payment information as securely as possible. If a third party incorrectly gains unauthorized access to our customer information, Padel Ztore cannot be held responsible for any loss.

Padel Ztore makes every effort to deliver your ordered goods to the current freight forwarder as soon as possible, usually within one business day. However, Padel Ztore reserves the right to a longer handling process during the sales period. All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is complete. Padel Ztore can supply our products to countries all over the world.
