Does Padel Ztore have a physical store?

Not yet, but every Padel Zenter facility has a physical store next to each reception where you can find PZ products and try out some of the rackets, the assortment and prices may vary. There are 5 different facilities with stores right now and can be found in Stockholm, Jönköping, Skövde, Örebro and Uppsala. Don’t worry we are working on opening a facility next to you!

What distinguishes Padel Ztore from other stores?

At Padel Ztore we offer a large assortment of rackets, balls, accessories, training clothes and so much more. You can also rent and try out different brands and models of the rackets we offer at our Padel facilities.

We are constantly updating our assortment with the season's news both online and in our stores. The stores are always staffed with knowledgeable staff who will help you with your questions and thoughts.

How should I decide what size I should order?

The sizes on our products varies between different brands and Padel Ztore offers products from different brands and countries which means different sizing systems. To make it easier for you to find your size we have a size chart or measurements in the product descriptions.

If you are still unsure about the sizes we recommend you to turn to the original manufacturer.

Is the stock on your Padel Ztore webshop the same as the stock in the stores at the Padel Zenter facilities?

The physical stores at our padel facilities offer pretty much the same products as our webshop. We are constantly working on updating the webshop with products to improve your padel experience.

The product that I’m interested in is sold out! How do I find it? If the product you are looking for is sold out online in the color/size that you want please contact us on info@padelztore.se and find out if and when we will restock the product.

There are products and/or information missing on your webpage. We strive to always publish the latest and most reliable information on Padel Ztore. However, please note that there may be times when our website and stock has not been updated for various reasons. Can I order larger quantities of an item?

Padel Ztore reserves the right to restrict orders for larger quantities of an item, which is delivered to the same customer or postal address.

Payment

Why can’t I order?

Some banks require that you allow purchases online. The easiest way to do this is to contact your bank. Depending on your bank you can also approve online purchases on your bank page/app.

Are my credit card details and personal information safe with you? Padel Ztore guarantees that your credit card details as well as personal information is completely safe with us! We use Klarna as a payment method, which is the leading online payment service.

What currency do you use on your webshop?

All prices at Padel Ztore are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. For customers outside of Sweden and within the EU, the prices are stated in EUR at check out. Customers from a country outside the EU are not obliged to pay Swedish VAT. In this case, the VAT is deducted automatically at the time of purchase. All prices may change.

What payment methods do you accept?

Padel Ztore accepts Visa, American Express and Mastercard.

For customers in Sweden, it is also possible to pay through Klarna or Klarna Faktura. When you buy through Klarna, no extra invoicing fees are added to the purchase. All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT.

Shipping

Is shipping included?

Shipping costs are not included in the price but are added as an extra fee. The total amount stated is reserved in your account until we have confirmed that your order is available. As Padel Ztore respects your privacy, your payment information will be automatically removed from our system as soon as your purchase is completed.

How long does it take from order until you send out?

Padel Zenter makes great efforts to deliver your ordered goods to the current forwarder as soon as possible, usually within a working day. However, Padel Zenter reserves the right to a longer handling process during sales periods. All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is complete.

Shipping cost within Sweden *

Deliveries within Sweden costs 59 sek. It normally takes between 1-3 business days before your package is delivered. However, Padel Ztore can not be held responsible for delays as we can not influence unexpected events that may occur during transport.

Shipping cost within Europe

Deliveries within Europe costs 229 sek. It normally takes between 4-10 working days before the package is delivered to a country outside Sweden but within the EU. However, we can not be held responsible for any delays as we can not influence unexpected events during shipping.

Shipping cost outside of Europe

Deliveries outside of Europe costs 450 sek. It normally takes between 10-15 working days before the package is delivered to a country outside the EU. However, we can not be held responsible for any delays as we can not influence unexpected events during shipping.

At what amount will the shipping be free? *

For orders over 499 sek, Padel Ztore offers free shipping in Sweden. Padel Ztore does not offer free shipping outside of Sweden. Please note that any additional taxes and fees incurred due to the country of destination are the customer's own responsibility. When the order has left our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation through email.

When will my order arrive?

All orders are sent from us within 1-2 working days and therefore delivered within 1-15 working days, depending on your location. When an order is sent, you as a customer will receive an email with information and tracking information regarding your package.

How do I track my package? *

If you have a Postnord account you can track your package as soon as it it registered. You will also receive a link on your e-mail when your package is registered.

Returns

Can you return a product?

All orders made through Padel Ztore webshop are delivered packed and sealed. In order for you to return, the product must be packaged and unused as when it was delivered to you. As soon as the packaging is not in the correct condition, the product is considered to have been used and it is not possible to return it.

Are you returning a product from another country?

If you are outside Sweden and want to return your order with DHL/UPS, please include the customs invoice in the package. Returning a product from another country is payed by the customer. Call your local DHL/UPS office to book a pickup of your return package. The return will be processed as soon as possible within 30 days. As a customer, you are responsible for returning the item you do not want to keep and make sure that it meets the Padel Ztore webshop's returning conditions.

What return conditions apply to Swedish customers?

When you buy an item through our website, you have 14 days to cancel your purchase. These 14 days take effect when you have received or picked up the item. If you regret your purchase, send the item back to us using the attached return shipping note.
